Mandala's

Zara
A mandala commissioned by my longest and dearest friend, who owns a Nail Salon. She didn't have a preference for the style, but wanted it to be pink. I was able to freestyle the design and painted it entirely with pink posca paint markers.

Silent Resilience
During the first lockdown in 2020, like most people, I was lost and suffering anxiously with the situation in the world. This creation was born from those feelings. It's in my bedroom, and I took many hours over a number weeks designing, painting and perfecting it which was such a welcome distraction to what was happening outside in the world.

Fidelma - me oul flower!
I was commissioned by a good friend of mine to do this giant mandala in his kitchen back in 2021. It took a number of nights and I freestyled pretty much the entire thing. I took a lot of inspiration from items around the kitchen and even used a cereal bowl to create the crescent moon shapes. I enjoyed creating this and my friend cherishes this view in his kitchen every day!

Mandala Dreams in Pen Strokes
January is always a mundane month for me creatively, so I always try to push myself to create. This intricate design was done in pen in January 2024 and took hours of time. Especially all the tiny leaves in the outer area.

Monochrome Mandala
Another mandala I drew in black pen and completely let my hand take over with no specific design plan, and this is the freestyle result.
